As each case study is completed by the research team it is reviewed by a panel of 33 based around the COMHAR Plenary and the Access Initiative, and includes academics and lawyers from Ireland, Europe and the USA. Following the review, the case studies are published on this site and any comments received from the wider public, either through the forum or by email, are then included in the analysis of the findings of the research regarding the implementation of Principle 10 and the Aarhus Convention in Ireland
